Sessions
Please bring all necessary softball equipment, tennis shoes/turfs, cleats, water/sports drinks. No meals provided.
9:00-10:30am | Offense I
11:00am-12:30pm | Defense
1:30-3:00pm | Offense II
3:30-5:00pm | Pitchers & Catchers
During the pitching session, pitchers will focus on proper mechanics, work on movement pitches, increasing velocity, and the mental aspects of pitching
The catchers’ session will include work on the mechanics of receiving, framing, blocking, transitions (throwing), footwork, and intangible catcher skills.
The Offense sessions will focus on all aspects of fundamental mechanics including increasing power, bat speed, proper balance and footwork, baserunning, and the mental aspects of hitting.
The defensive session will work on positional breakdown, proper mechanics and footwork, angles, glove work, throwing mechanics/skills, and situational instruction.
Open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender)
Campers highly encouraged to purchase camp insurance.
